67 Push Ups — The 67-Day Push-Up Program Designed by Science

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 67 Push Ups mobile application ("App") developed by ByungSoo Ko ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App provides a 67-day push-up training program with camera-based rep counting, performance analytics, and gamification features. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account.

2. Subscriptions & Purchases

The App offers a free tier with full program access for the first few sessions. After the free tier, a paid subscription or purchase is required:

Weekly: $1.99/week with a 3-day free trial
Annual: $14.99/year
Lifetime: $19.99 one-time purchase

Auto-renewal

Weekly and annual subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Managing subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

The App provides fitness guidance and tracking, not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical consultation. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition.

You exercise at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your physical safety during workouts. We are not liable for any injury, health condition, or physical harm resulting from your use of the App.

4. Camera Usage

The App uses your device's camera for real-time pose detection (via MediaPipe) to count push-up reps. All processing happens on-device. No images, video, or camera data is recorded, stored, transmitted, or shared with any third party.

5. Accounts

Account creation is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App, which permanently removes all associated cloud data.

6. Content & Service

The App and its content (including the training program, analytics, and gamification features) are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are owned by ByungSoo Ko and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or interruption of service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
