These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 67 Push Ups mobile application ("App") operated by 67 Push Ups ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App provides a push-up training program with camera-based rep counting. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your use of the App.

2. Purchases

The App offers a free trial of 7 sessions. After the trial, a one-time in-app purchase of $14.99 USD unlocks the full program. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

3. Health Disclaimer

The App is for informational and fitness tracking purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You assume all risk of injury from your use of the App. We are not liable for any injury or health condition resulting from your use of the App.

4. Camera Usage

The App uses your device's camera for real-time pose detection to count push-up repetitions. Camera data is processed entirely on your device using MediaPipe. No camera data, images, or video is transmitted to our servers or any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are owned by 67 Push Ups and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 67 Push Ups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
